We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and beautiful views of the canal from our balcony. The staff, especially Roberto, were friendly and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Venice!

our stay at a lovely apartment in venice was absolutely wonderful. the location was perfect - close to the water bus stop and a beautiful supermarket. the owner, sara, was incredibly kind and even helped us with our luggage. the apartment had everything we needed, including a large yard for the children to play in. overall, it exceeded all our expectations and made our celebration even more special.

Excellent value for the money, the apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. The location was great, within walking distance to major attractions and the staff, especially Rudi and Roberto, were very welcoming and helpful.

More breakfast choices would have been nice.

The location of our accommodation was perfect, right on the canal. We loved sitting in the living room and watching the gondolas and boats pass by. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a family of four. The owner even greeted us late at night and provided us with pastries and drinks. We will definitely be returning!

The only downside was that the cups for tea and coffee were a bit small, but it was a minor inconvenience.
